3)a) An opened jar of infant food that was served to the infant yesterday was found in the cabinet. It was not refrigerated after opening, as indicated on the label, to preserve the food from spoiling. 4)a) There was cereal that was stored in a food grade container (not the original container) but the container was not labeled or dated.
